Currently, our shipping and payment systems are not yet active on this site. If you wish to purchase or cooperate, please contact us directly or visit our stores on platforms like Shopee / Lazada.

Return Eligibility

  1. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: For food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:
    • Any opened or partially used food items (including Matcha powder, tea bags, etc.).
    • Customized products, gift cards, or perishable goods.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service with your order number and reason for the return to request a return authorization.
  2. Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the designated address. Please note:
    • If the return is due to a customer's personal reason (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
    • If the return is due to a defective item or our error, we will cover or reimburse the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  2. Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. Report damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt.
  2. We may request photos or video for verification before issuing a replacement or a full refund.
